The Monika A. Templeman Memorial Community Service Scholarship

The Monika A.Templeman Memorial Community Service Scholarship (foundation), sponsored by the LWRWC,is proud to award two ($1000) scholarships to two female graduates who have displayed exemplary community service and leadership.

Monika was a vibrant member and past president of the LWRWC who devoted much of her time to community and philanthropic activities. Because of her commitment SO many lives of our residents were enhanced!

Monika was also a strong believer in the future of young women and their ability to impact the world with their community involvement and leadership. And so, the LWRWC is proud to present this year’s award winners, Abigail Frint and Hannah Stinnett.

Abigail is a bright and ambitious student who committed her talents to all levels of sports medicine, including mental health awareness. She was able to weave her talents into a variety of community service opportunities that benefited so many.

Hannah Stinnett, as a member of Bayside Community Church, has served so many children and families both at home in LWR, and internationally in Ireland, Mexico and soon, Alaska. Whether helping to construct homes, painting, or playing games with children, Hannah was building relationships, the very foundation of a community. Hannah, the world is a brighter place because of you.

Abigail and Hannah, the LWRWC is so proud of you and wish you the best in your future as you continue to grow and impact the world. Congratulations!
