Quentin MacDonald Interior Designer at Clive Daniel

At their October 12th General Meeting at LWR Town Hall, the LWRWC featured Quentin MacDonald interior Designer at Clive Daniel Home as speaker.

Florida native Quentin MacDonald brings more than two decades of design experience to his role as an interior designer at Clive Daniel Home. Before joining the CDH team, Quentin owned his own workroom, Studio Q, which earned him SRQ Magazine’s Innovator of the Year Award and Best Local Furniture Award, as well as numerous project features in other publications.

As an interior designer, Quentin is a creative artist, has written poetry, performed music, and has always applied his creativity whether building custom furniture or cushions and pillows. He works with the client to identify things they already have, and he finds just the right items or solutions for their space.

Trends and Questions

Quentin shared the coming trends in design and answered a wide range of questions from the members. (The trend is color, sage green and ochre.)

Quentin took questions from the audience:Are valance window treatments in or out? What is the new color trend in kitchens? Is vinyl floor the new trend? Is wallpaper in or out? Can you talk about accent walls? Do you sell outdoor furniture? Is leather in or out?

Members were given a chance to win a $250 Gift Card from Clive Daniel. Gay Doherty was the lucky winner!
