LWRWC members and guests enjoyed an exclusive evening of Olive Oil and Wine Tasting at Mazzone Olive Oil on Thursday, September 21.
Particiants enjoyed frittata, focaccia, salad, delicious hors d’oeuvres and dessert, all while sampling several types of wine produced by Mazzone Olive Oil in Puglia, Italy.
Amy Shelton, the Manager, provided a brief history of Mazzone Olive Oil, sharing an overview of how Mazzone Olive Oil grows, harvests, and produces its award winning olive oil.

Exclusive to the Lakewood Ranch Women’s Club, come step into Italy for an evening and learn about this family owned treasure right here in Sarasota. You will be treated to 4 Italian wine samples, homemade Italian appetizers, an olive oil tasting experience, and a dessert.
This event will have a maximum capacity of 25 people. The cost is $27.
