“Monte Carlo Night”

A small but dedicated contingency from LWRWC showed their support for HOPE Family Services by attending  HOPE Family Services’ Monte Carlo Night Black and White Charity Fundraiser” on October 2, 2021.

Patti Wrobel, LWRWC 2015 past President who currently serves on the Board of HOPE,  Monika Templeman LWRWC 2017 past President and Publicity Chair,  and Sharyn Nassau, a LWRWC member, along with their husbands, attended the event held at Pier 22 in Bradenton.  Patti and Bob Wrobel and Sharyn and her husband were VIP sponsors that raised over $30,000 to help victims of domestic violence.

HOPE Family Services  offers  a safe place  24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for victims and survivors of domestic violence. In addition to Emergency Safe Shelter, HOPE provides advocacy, counseling, children’s services, and parenting support. Last fiscal year, HOPE provided 2,403 people with help.

Domestic violence is an epidemic both nationally and locally and HOPE Family Services is responsible for helping to save and rebuild the lives of so many women and children in our community.
