Welcome to FALL!
Did you know that “OCTOBER “got its name from the Latin “octo”, meaning “eight”. It was once the eighth month in the Roman Calendar and the name simply carried over! If you live up North, October brings cooler weather, shorter days, and colorful falling leaves. In Florida, October brings us one step closer to the end of hurricane season! October also brings us, hopefully, closer to the time when we can all be together again and enjoy the FUN and FRIENDSHIP and wonderful activities we have come to expect as a member of the LAKEWOOD RANCH WOMEN’S CLUB!!!!!
WELCOME TO OUR NEW MEMBERS WHO JOINED SINCE MARCH

Restaurants and merchants throughout LWR also received these fabulous homemade masks. If you are interested in sewing masks, please contact Trish Newman at ⦁ firstname.lastname@example.org. We are going to try to stockpile masks in case they are needed in the future.
