THE PLEASURE OF GREAT FOOD
The Lakewood Ranch Women’s Club enjoyed an evening of culinary delights and a hands-on cooking demonstration, Wednesday, September 19, at the VIKING CULINARY CENTER, Lakewood Ranch Main Street.
The DINNER MENU included Savory Spinach Pie (Hors d’oeuvre), Arugula Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, Statler Breast of Chicken with White Wine Garlic Sauce, Vegetable Ratatouille with Oven Roasted Rosemary Potatoes, Decadent Mocha Semifreddo (Dessert) and Coffee Crème Anglais.
Members and guests sipped wine while browsing the Viking showroom conversing with friends and spouses. This event marks the beginning of the Fall season after a summer hiatus. The event was planned by the Women’s Club program committee including Diane Shaw, Janet Hough, and Pat Mitchell.
