 28 vendors put on a dazzling display of handcrafted items for sale at the LWRWC 2013 Bazaar

The Lakewood Ranch Women’s Club held it’s 7th Bazaar, Boutique, and Luncheon on October 23, 2013, at the Polo Grill Fete Ballroom to a sell-out crowd of 300 shoppers.

Over two dozen vendors provided the ladies  with a wide range of gifts, artwork, bobbles, and bling including fine art, artisan crafts, scarves, original jewelry, purses, clothing, children’s boutique items, and home décor.

The event was chaired by Jackie Boege, above left.  Her team included:  included Jean Muccini, Elaine Steinfurth, Mary Bea Collins, and Pat Mitchell.

A buffet lunch of roasted chicken breast, wraps, mixed greens, fruit,  rice, and chocolate chip cookies was served midway into the event and shopping continued afterward.  Table decorations of fall leaves and gourds sprinked with Halloween candies  reflected the Fall season.

The WC sponsored a “split-the pot” raffle and awarded four generous money prizes, distributed membership information, and annouced the details of the of the WC ‘s Holiday Dinner and Auction, their premier fund raising event.
